Return & Exchange Policy – Kenda Shop

  • Return Period:
    • Returns must be made within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Eligibility:
    • All products are eligible for exchange as long as they are in their original condition.
    • No refunds for products in perfect condition; only exchange is allowed.
  • Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
    • If the product is damaged or incorrect, Kenda Shop covers the return shipping cost.
    • If the product has no defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Exchange Conditions:
    • Products can only be exchanged if they are undamaged and in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are not available; only exchanges are permitted.
    • If applicable, refunds for damaged/incorrect items can be processed via the delivery agent, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.
