Returns must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

Eligibility:
- All products are eligible for exchange as long as they are in their original condition.

No refunds for products in perfect condition; only exchange is allowed.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, Kenda Shop covers the return shipping cost.

If the product has no defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchange Conditions:
- Products can only be exchanged if they are undamaged and in the same condition as received.

Refunds:
- Refunds are not available; only exchanges are permitted.

If applicable, refunds for damaged/incorrect items can be processed via the delivery agent, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.
